NOTICE TO PROPOSERS
CHESTNUT RIDGE SCHOOL DISTRICT
The Chestnut Ridge School District is soliciting proposals from qualified security systems integrators for the design, coordination, installation, support, configuration, programming, testing, and training for access control and video surveillance systems for the new Chestnut Ridge Elementary School building project.
The District will purchase the door access control equipment and cameras. The selected contractor will be responsible for system design and integration; coordination with the District, Electrical Contractor, and technology staff; contractor-furnished equipment and accessories; programming; testing; training; documentation; and all work necessary to provide complete operating systems.

The Chestnut Ridge School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, negotiate with one or more proposers, and select the proposal determined to be in the best interest of the District.
