Public Comments at Meetings

The public is only able to speak at the regular voting meeting. Any member of the public who wishes to speak at a regular voting meeting will be able to do so during a designated time stated Public Comment on the agenda. The time available for that person is limited to a period of three minutes. If a public member wants to address the board for more than three minutes, they will need to review policy #903 and fill out the attachment to Policy #903. The filled-out form must be submitted seven days before the scheduled voting meeting to the superintendent's secretary to be placed on the agenda. The secretary can be contacted at 814-839-4195 ext. 2011 or [email protected]. A link to policy #903 and form #903 is provided below.
